An initial meeting and consultation with you and your partner in person, over the phone or video chat is free. My basic fee is $250. That includes your rehearsal, ceremony, help with your vows, brainstorming and organizing of the ceremony and edits. If you are having an elopement with 4 or less guests and no rehearsal, my fee is $175.
I will also review the marriage license with you before the ceremony. After I marry you. I fill out your marriage license, your witness or witnesses sign then lastly, I turn the paperwork into the County Recorder’s Office it was issued from to make it official.
I am accommodating and like to travel. The first 40 miles from Loleta is included. After that there is a fee for fuel cost. That will vary depending on gas prices. If I need to travel overnight to your union I will need to be reimbursed for modest lodging. I am open camping in descent weather.
I realize how expensive weddings can be. That’s why my fees are reasonable. If this is difficult for your budget we can work out a payment plan with a $100 deposit to save your date. I also offer a 10% discount for the use of one of your wedding photos for my business.
We will both sign a contract agreeing to payment and delivery of services. If the ceremony is cancelled or changes, I ask for a two week notice.
